As a Full Stack Engineer at HireSapien, you will work across both frontend and backend systems to build core platform infrastructure, assessment workflows, analytics systems, and scalable SaaS features. You will play a key role in developing end-to-end product functionality while ensuring maintainability, scalability, and performance.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and AI teams to develop reliable systems that support platform growth and operational efficiency.
