• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You will not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not scrape, harvest, or inappropriately collect data from our platform.

For Candidates: Crew provides a platform to showcase your GitHub profile and connect with employers. We do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes from using our service.

For Employers: Hiring teams must undergo verification. Information obtained through Crew must only be used for recruitment purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Crew and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
